Product introduction:
To make conditioning treatment for soybean, rapeseed and other oil crops after precleaning to make their physical properties more suitable for subsequent processing. The conditioner combines drying, tempering and cooling, the upper part is for drying, central for tempering and the lower part for cooling. Complete drying, tempering and cooling process can be achieve at the same time. The oil quality is guaranteed and production process is simplified.
Structure:
The conditioner is composed of the main body, ventilation system, automatic display and control system. According to different yield and moisture content of raw materials, 9-13 layers are used, the height of each layer is generally 1m. The hot air layer is distributed evenly in the conditioner. The conditioner mainly comprises feeding section, steam heating section, hot air drying section, material transmission and discharging section. A material divider is usually installed on the feeding section to make material evenly fed into the conditioner. A high level meter can also installed to alarm when the material is in a high level or interlock with discharging transmission mechanism to adjust the discharging speed automatically in order to ensure certain amount of material; the steam layer typically uses the stainless steel elliptical tube with large heat transfer area and good heat transfer effect and the arrangement of the two layers of tubes is vertical; the hot air layer is made of horn shaped box of popular mixed soybean drying tower; transmission and discharging part is composed of 4-6 transmission chain wheels and the rotary valves.
Application:
Conditioner is mainly used to adjust the moisture and temperature of materials to achieve the best effect of leaching. The conditioner produced by Henan Huatai has the advantages of stable performance, regulation and so on. It can be used to provide steam heating and tempering to soybean, rapeseed and other cereal products of free flowing.
