Huatai cold press oil making machine adopts a fully physical and mechanical pressing method. The oil after cold pressing only needs to be refined through simple methods such as filtration to meet the primary food standards, thereby avoiding contamination caused by contact with alkaline solution, bleached clay, and phosphoric acid during the refining process, as well as damage to the stability of the oil due to high temperatures during refining. Generally speaking, the residual oil content of the remaining oil meal of the low-temperature screw oil press is 12-20%. If the residual oil content is reduced by increasing the pressure of the cold press, the quality of the cold press oil will decrease. Therefore, the residual oil in the oil meal should be obtained by secondary pressing or oil extracting. For secondary oil applications, it can be processed into refined oil products, used as a power source for plants, or used directly as animal feed.
